Michael Raimondi began his journey in the bakery industry in 1979, specializing in a fusion of Italian and French pastries. That same year, he introduced the cheesecake cone, a delightful innovation that quickly gained popularity. Over the years, Michael has continued to expand his expertise and passion for baking, consistently offering irresistible desserts throughout New York City.
Philip MisSeri, now a resident of Saint Johns, Florida, brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to the table. former owner / operator of two successful catering and event companies, as well as the renowned New York Sweets retail bake shop. Unfortunately the businesses could not survive the pandemic and now hope to begin again in the great first coast
